Anybody can “workout.” Not everybody trains. We've all seen it. People go to the gym and blindly go through random workouts that get them nowhere or hurt. Ask yourself a question. If you knew nothing about cars and had an issue with your engine, would you mess around with it to try to see what happened? I'm guessing the answer is probably no. Well, the body is much more complex than any car engine and every single thing that you do within a workout has an effect on your body anatomically, neurologically, physiologically and biomechanically. Every thing that is done within a program must have rationale behind it. Failing to do this will lead to less than optimal results.
There are plenty of big box commercial gyms and 24 hour fitness centers around for you to go to. There is one major problem with these places. They could care less about your results and usually have nobody there who has the appropriate background for how to properly work with your body. Fitness and training certifications are highly variable and with hundreds of organizations offering "certification" there are only a few that really test adequate knowledge.
At our facility, every individual will go through an in depth assessment and consultation in order to determine exactly what they need to do within their own individualized program to reach their goals and be the best they can possibly be. Fat loss really is quite simple and it has been known how to achieve it optimally for years. The only thing that has changed is the ridiculous amount of misinformation being put out by unqualified “experts” who just want to make a few easy dollars off of people who don't know any better.
At our facility, we will give you the tools that you need to get into the best shape of your life, shed fat and develop that rockin body that you dream about. You will receive
Max strength, power, explosive power, speed strength, muscle size, speed, quickness, agility, balance, stability, motor control and movement, muscle imbalances and injury prevention, the list goes on. There are many aspects that need to be addressed in order to maximize performance and health.
Again, every athlete has their own individual needs and weaknesses that need to be focused on. Doing random workouts will only yield average and random results, and can even set you backwards. Within a competitive season and offseason, training needs to be appropriately periodized so that the athlete can develop the appropriate physical qualities and peak at the right time to perform at their best. There is a lot of science and practical experience that goes into getting things right.

Training for Pain Relief
