I feel that it is very important to have a thorough assessment with any new client that comes around. There are many trainers out there who don't do any type of assessment besides measuring body fat at a few sites, if that. Without determining individualized problem areas, strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, etc., how do you go about developing a specific program for someone? You don't. When I first started training, I didn't always do full assessments and I have come to realize how important they are over time. I luckily have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best and use in depth assessments to design individualized programs for every client I see. There are too many "trainers" out there who shouldn't be training people. Let me help you reach your goals, I'll even let you try me out for free before you make any commitment; how many "trainers" at your average commercial gym will do that?

I haven't gotten around to posting much lately; I've been busy with training and such. I want to share an awesome testimonial that I got from a client who I've been working with and has made great progress.
"Thank you for helping me to achieve my current state of fitness. Skirt fits and in another week or two it may even be loose. You are my hero! -With gratitude, Debra. Debra works hard and is making some excellent progress in her body and training. Are you looking to fit into an old piece of clothing and change your body? Give me a call and lets get started! |
